2 POSITIONS: PROTOCOL WAITER – SPECIALIST II (VILA BLED),

We are looking for candidates with:

• secondary vocational education OR secondary general education,
• basic knowledge of English or German (conversational),
• 3 years of work experience in service.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• • serving food and beverages and advising on wine selection and service,
  • receiving, confirming, and recording orders and reservations, and preparing offers in cooperation with the sales department,
  • managing operational stock of drinks, beverages, and cigarettes, as well as stacking, sorting, and replenishing,
  • cooperation and coordination with other departments in the execution of individual events,
  • managing material operations and responsible billing of services,
  • preparing premises, equipment, inventory, and decorations,
  • ensuring personal tidiness and impeccable cleanliness of workspaces, tools, and equipment, and their functionality,
  • sorting, handing over, and receiving laundry,
  • implementing sanitary, hygiene, and health regulations, as well as regulations for safe work and fire safety,
  • performing other tasks as decided and required by the manager.
